It's true. I can now officially drive in the state of California. :w00t: The only restrictions are minor; I can't drive between 11PM and 5AM, and I can't have any passengers unless accompanied by another adult. Aside from that, I can drive alone and do more things around town, like go to FNM!

I thought I remember the time/passenger restrictions being part of having a permit? Maybe I just have a bad memory.

The restrictions related to time and passengers are less strict on a provisional. I looked this stuff up a few days ago, actually.
